Good location … but …

Valeria was very responsive from the beginning and renting the apartment was easy. Be aware that there are 90 stairs to climb to the top floor where the apartment is located. The bathroom is tiny - not enough room for toilet/bidet/sink, all in a tiny space, but we made do. Although the apartment is not facing any busy streets, the nearby evening and night noise - including trash pickup very early - rises and can’t be shut out, if that’s an issue for you. Also, Valeria was exceedingly gracious about recognizing a mistake her colleague made in overcharging on the city tax and corrected the mistake promptly. Also, note that an agency deals with the rental - unlike other apartment rentals we’ve had. But everyone at the agency seemed knowledgeable and responsive so that wasn’t an issue. All in all, a good stay and great neighborhood. I am told there will be an elevator in the building in the fall of 2022 so that will be an improvement.
