First, the welcome and warm reception by staff, at the Dharma, was refreshing after an overnight flight. Giuseppe, the front desk manager provided a courteous smile and explanation of amenities, offering an apology because scheduled checkin time was several hours away. However, he invited us to take advantage of the breakfast service and stored our luggage, which was promptly delivered after room assignment. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, quality bed linens, pillows, and towels. The housekeeping staff and baggage porters were courteous and appreciative of our limited Italian! The iridescent bathroom shower is complete with steam -so relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood, filled with restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores selling fresh fruit, wine, water, snacks, etc., and wherever a green cross is displayed there is a pharmacy. The Dharma collaborates with a nearby restaurant to provide afternoon cocktails and discount on lunch and dinner. Great choice for a comfortable stress-free hotel option. Highly recommend! Many thanks to Giuseppe and his team!

Great hotel and location. Free WiFi and an amazing buffet breakfast was included. Bathroom needed some tlc but bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t noisy at night. Walking distance to all the major sights and the gelato! Staff were fantastic and so helpful

Sweet little hotel. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the efficient. The location is great. The best is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Riccardo and Giuseppe go over and above to make sure our stay was a pleasant one.

Accommodations were good. VERY Noisy, we were oickpocketed right next to the hotel. I thought we could get more help from the Hotel rather than directions to the police station. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area. The shower door would not shut tight, and water leaked onto the floor. The restaurant was not in the hotel but nearby.

Despite one of the nicest and most efficient staffs of anywhere we stayed in Italy, a clean room and a great location, we didn't have a great stay because this property is so difficult to manage. There is an elevator, but only after you've hauled yourself up a bunch of stairs. The shower was so tiny as to be nearly unusable and the bathroom was actively dangerous, with steps up and down out of bathing and toileting areas. In America this would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. I personally witnessed some poor elderly folks struggling and needing a lot of help. Except for the designs of the bathrooms, this isn't the hotel's fault. It would be a great place to stay if you're young and easily adaptable. Otherwise you risk breaking a hip.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They arranged transportation to and from the airport. The area felt safe and is walkable to all the major landmarks. There are many great restaurants and shopping in the area.

The highest quality of service from hospitality staff that I have seen for some time, so friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was self service, excellent quality in lovely small dining area. I would highly recommended the private spa for some down time, perfect for our anniversary stay. Very well situated with plenty of restaurants and cafe's near by.

Unfortunately this hotel isn’t 4 star. The staff however was amazing and once accommodating. When I arrived I was shown to a room which was an upgrade. But it was incredibly basic. Additionally the geography of this hotel is odd. The main reception is on the side of the building. Then the stairs take you to a space that is incredible empty to your room. The building has many other hotel spaces. For a single traveller it felt very isolating. I spoke to the hotel reception and Guiseppie and his team were very very kind. They took me to their sister hotel around the corner. Which was better. The breakfast was ok, again an amazing team of people. In short not a a 4* experience. But the staff were amazing. They work incredibly hard to make sure that their guest are comfortable given what they work with. Cleaning staff were amazing as well. Also a bit noisy but I can sleep through anything.

The reception staff (Giuseppe, Ricardo, Giuseppe, and Marian, and even the breakfast team) were OUTSTANDING as my wife had become overcome with an injury that severely limited her mobility. They were concerned and attentive and did everything possible to assist us in ALL our needs. We had stayed there last year and found them also quite wonderful (which is why we returned) so their concern and attention was not an aberration due to the unfortunate circumstances we just faced. They (and the hotel itself) is A1 superb. Thank you all .. and hope to see you again.

We arrived early and the hotel were kind enough to check us in early. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful, especially Giuseppe who was always on hand to advise us on travel options and the best way to see the main attractions. Hotel was in a great location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Also close to a metro station and main Termini station and within walking distance of most of the main attractions. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and good air con. The bathroom also had a nice powerful shower.
