Very convenient and great location. Submit details before arriving to check in as no staff at property but available easily on Whatsapp. Room was spacious, dirty sock left behind but otherwise clean. Water was left in the room on arrival. Metro station across the road, Spanish steps across the road, quiet at night. Can easily walk to a lot of places but metro also easy.

Its a self chequing room, very convenient, you control your access by phone, very pleasant place in plaza Espagna, metro around the coroner, easy access to anywhere in Rome, i had an issue with the bathroom, they fix it the same day, really recommend

Excellent and spacious room with a king bed, and a twin bed in the den entrance. The bathroom is beautiful with a large spa tub. The elevator is tiny and very old, but that’s really the only negative. Loved the complimentary prosecco waiting in the room.

An excellent location however there are no staff to help you and the key system is inconvenient when you are at the end of the day and have poor phone battery left. The room was comfortable. We got up a little later one day and had no hot water to shower.

Great little hotel with self check-in!

Located just a stone throw away from the Spanish steps, so very central. The hotel itself is self-check-in, which could be confusing for some. However every inside is fresh and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing spacious room with separate close off possibility of twin bed area. Very modern, with use of a common kitchen area, this place is in the midst of the Spanish Steps area and Via Condotti shopping street. You couldn’t get a better location! All sights are nearby. I highly recommend this place.
