Terrible

im not a person to complain, but this hotel was absolutely terrible. The staff their were so unhelpful, rude and not friendly. Their is no atmosphere to the place. Further to this, my room had mould on the wall, ants crawling on my floor and my toilet and bathroom was broke. I explained to the staff about the toilet and they said they will fix it. They didnt. I had to ask three times in 2 days for it to be fixed. And still nothing. I wasnt expecting much for the price but this just crosdesw the line of bad. Little things like music in the dinning room friendlier customer service and cleaner rooms would have made it so much better.

Near to the Vatican with friendly staff

Room nothing like the pictures. Very basic. Not that comfy as only one armchair. No toiletries. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff very friendly. Thanks. Only problem we had was someone coming in around 2.30 am for a couple of nights and woke us up by clattering around banging doors.

Es ist eine sehr einfache Unterkunft. Die Möbel in einem schlechten Zustand. Nicht sehr sauber.

Je n'ai pas aimé la photo sur votre site qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. Les couvertures ont plein de tâches de sang, les draps plein de cheveux et les oreillers sont sales et jaunis... Enfin, les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolées. Du coup, on entend tout ce que font les autres... Seul point positif, le personnel accueillant et serviable. Ils sont disponibles pour vous dépanner en cas de soucis. Au vu de la situation géographique de leur hôtel, ils devraient sérieusement améliorer l'état des chambres.

Kodikas. Hyvä sijainti lähellä Vatikaanin museoita ja metroja. Varatessani hotellia kartassa ei näkynyt Vatikaanin muureja, jotka tosiaan piti kiertää päästäkseen keskustaan päin. Hotelli on ihan keskellä muureja, joten kiertämistä riitti molempiin suuntiin. Hyvät kengät mukaan!

Hometta kylpyhuoneessa, siivomaton huone, kovat äänet käytävästä ja ulkoa. En suosittele, vaikka onkin halpa. Vaihdoimmen ensimmäisen yön jälkeen parempaan hotelliin.
