My daughter was traveling in Rome. Her original stay at another hostel did not feel safe. We quickly booked a stay at Domus Napoleone. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to have her stay here. My daughter said the accomodations were beyond her expectations. The establishment was clean and beautiful. She felt safe and was within walking distance to many attractions. My initial contact with the hotel via chat was with Stefano. He was super friendly and helpful and made made every effort to make my daughter feel welcome when she arrived. This was priceless to me as a parent. I immediately knew she would be safe. Thank you very much Stefano! You are a true gem and an asset to this fine establishment!

This was a great place to stay. Stefano was kind and courteous. He was always prompt in responding to messages and made sure everything went smoothly. The building was secure and fairly comfortable, with daily housekeeping. There was even complimentary champagne in the room for New Year’s Eve! The WiFi was fast enough to stream with no interruptions. Everything was great and I would stay here again. A convenient distance to Roma Termini and a metro station and bus stops.
