The apartment has just been renovated with quality materials, paying particular attention to design, and is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with elevator. The entrance leads us into a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a sofa and a dining table, before moving on to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The brightly colored furniture is warm and welcoming, a successful fusion of elegance and comfort.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and also a single sofa bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double bed, an armchair and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is very welcoming and ideal area for relaxation. And it consists of a double sofa bed, a table with six chairs and a 42 "flat screen TV. The kitchenette is new and fully equipped. Complete the apartment the two bathrooms with shower and fresh towels ready for use. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and internet connection. Great location

Spacious 2bedroom. Close to everything. Having an elevator was the best part especially since the apartments we rented in Venice and Florence were 3rd floor walk ups. Bring ear plugs as you can hear the night club below the master bedroom and traffic in the evenings. Master bath needs attention, shower doesn’t drain and clearly has flooded the bathroom wood floors. Everything else was great! Would love to live here!

Rome with a view

Property is in a very good location. We could walk to most of the sites and bus service was just down the street. Apartment was very functional and large for two couples. The hot water system for the showers could use some tweaking. But overall we were happy with the property.

Location,location,location!

Couldn’t ask for a better location to see the amazing sites of Rome. Within a short walk to the Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Termini Rail station and more. Catch the bus just down the street for an express ride to the Vatican. Many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood as well as a grocery store. A/C worked great in spite of the hot weather. Having two full baths was great for our party of four.

Excellent - location is wonderful and the staff is fantastic!

The apartment is in a great location - within walking distance to many sights, on the bus line, market and restaurant just a few step away. We were a party of 5 adults and there was lots of room. Two bedrooms with large beds and comfortable bedding with private bathrooms and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Kitchen had all utensils and having the washer was a bonus. Large room for drying and hanging clothes off the 2nd bedroom. Large sitting area in the 1st bedroom. The management company is exceptional. Tatiana made all the transportation arrangements for us to and from Rome to Civitavecchia and also arranged for a car service to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival to take us to the apartment. Debora texted me immediately upon my arrival in Rome to give me the details for checking into the apartment. Fruzsina was waiting for us there and went so far above and beyond our wildest expectations, spending almost an hour with us explaining everything in the apartment, showing us the sights to see on a map, giving us recommendations, and ordering us a taxi for the next morning to go to the Vatican. She even texted me when the taxi was on its way at 6:15 AM! I couldn't figure out how to work the washer and Fru immediately sent a maintenance person over, within 5 minutes, to show me how to work it. I was having trouble with my cell service but I was able to text Fru throughout our trip for guidance and advice. She was so enthusiastic, patient, and helpful that I don't know what we would have done without her during our vacation. Top notch company and apartment - I highly recommend!

Great location, very spacious

Easy check in with agent meeting us at the property. Good communication prior. Location is within walking distance to most of the major sites one would want to see in Rome. Lots of good restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
