Flatinrome Fiera 3 delightful studio at "Fiera di Roma"

Our studio apartment, Flatinrome Fiera 3, is part of a charming group of small apartments, each approximately 45 square meters and accommodating up to four guests. Located midway between the city center and Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Fiera 3 is an affordable, fully equipped apartment with reserved parking, air conditioning, free WiFi, and excellent connections to the city center, beaches, and the Fiera di Roma.

Arrivals: The check in time is from 4:00 PM, but I m flexible! If you d like to arrive earlier, contact me in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you. After 4:00 PM, you can check in independently, provided that the online registration has been completed in advance. We will then arrange to meet in person for verification. If you prefer an in person check in, we must schedule a precise appointment. Please note that: * After 8:00 PM, there is an extra charge of 50. * After midnight, the extra charge is 70. Departures: Check out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have different preferences, please inform me at least 2 days in advance, and I ll do my best to accommodate you! Pets I m happy to welcome your furry friends! A cleaning fee of 50 per stay applies for deep cleaning.

This charming apartment is located right in front of Ponte Galeria station, on the line connecting Rome to Fiumicino Airport, 14 km from the city center (Trastevere station), 2 minutes from the Fiera di Roma, and 20 minutes from Rome's beaches. This apartment is the ideal location whether you are a tourist wanting to visit Rome, attending an event at the Fiera di Roma, or arriving by plane and traveling by public transport. If you are driving, you will appreciate the reserved parking space. To get to the Fiera di Roma, you can walk (800 meters, including a dangerous 200 meter stretch without sidewalks), take the train from "Ponte Galeria" station to "Fiera" station (1.50 Euro, 2 minutes), or use bus line 808 (1.50 Euro, 5 minutes). The train station and bus stop are right in front of the apartment.
