Thanks to its high ceilings and excellent exposure, the apartment enjoys extraordinary natural light.

The interiors feature a spacious and bright living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair bed, a desk, and a Smart TV. The dining room, adorned with a magnificent historic fresco, is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The two bedrooms ensure maximum comfort: one with a double bed (190x160 cm) and the other with a French bed (190x120 cm).

The apartment includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub/shower combination. A practical laundry area with a washing machine completes the amenities.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous gas heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.).

Check-out by 11 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities, limo service, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
