This is a very nice apartment/flat. It is clean and well maintained. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, city center and walking distance to everything. The Cab driver did have a hard time locating the apartment, not sure why it is in the middle of tourist area. My biggest concern was accessing the apartment via wifi. They do a very good job with sending videos and information and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Never had a issue getting into the building but once in the wifi outside to door was a bit weak at times and took a few tries to get in. Not a big deal but may be frustrating for some. The apartment is more of a BNB style, it does not offer the "little things" that is on brand for VRBO. I mostly use VRBO platform these days as it is more of a "homey" neighborhood feel. I would stay here again, hands down it is a great location!
