We chose this property as it had a lift but it was to of order for two days out of a 5-day holiday the property is tired and needs updating it's a very unusual setup the beds are on a false ceiling on top of cupboards also the name of the apppartment the is a bit misleading you have to walk half a mile down the road turn the corner and after maybe 1 mile you'll see the Colosseum. Opposite the apartment is a Chinese which we used on two evenings there is also a supermarket to the left and opposite is a coffee bar which we went every morning it was a lot cheaper regarding taxis as it is near the City centre myself and auntie who i went with have mobility problems and the main bugbear was the lift not working it was 3 Floors up the lift is very claustrophobic it's only big enough to take two people three if you're stick thin. Couldnt get the TV to work i didnt message our appartment contact which is just as well as they contac

The property was clean and tidy and in a good location, however every number we were given to contact the management (including the number given to us at check-in) was not in use. We spent an entire morning of our very short break trying to contact the management as we had no hot water on the first day. Eventually had to get Expedia customer support to contact them for us. The hot water was fixed, but we had no apology or communication at all from the property owners. We were lucky that the issue was not an emergency. We were only in Rome for 4 days and therefore the waste of time trying to sort out the issue with the water was very frustrating.

The location is great and the layout of the property is very unique. The train station is 10 minutes walking and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Awesome. The property is not huge but space has been managed very well. The bedrooms are a level above which is very unique and our 7 year old son loved it. The bed was super comfy too. Our host, George, was extremely responsive and very helpful. Everything we requested was complied with within a day.

Parfait il manqué simplement des éponges, du liquide vaisselle et des torchons. La TV ne marchait pas mais ça ne nous a pas manqué. Appartement très lumineux, tout était impeccable. On recommande vivement !
