The Space:

The home is set on a single level and includes a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, comfortably hosting up to 3 people, a bathroom with shower and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and dining table. The real highlight is the private garden for exclusive guest use, plus a patio — ideal spots for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing evening. Washer, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, hair dryer, iron, clothing storage and room-darkening shades.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and its private garden for exclusive use. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability. Access note: the apartment is on the ground floor, but a few steps must be climbed to enter the residential complex.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Vatican area, one of Rome's most iconic and peaceful districts. From your doorstep you can walk to St. Peter's Basilica and Square, the Vatican Museums and Castel Sant'Angelo. The surrounding streets offer trattorias, cafés, bakeries and everyday shops. A residential and well-served area, perfect for experiencing Rome away from the busiest crowds.



Getting Around:

The Ottaviano metro station (Line A) is a short walk away and quickly connects you to the Spanish Steps, Termini and the rest of the city. Numerous bus and tram lines serve the area. Most of the Vatican's landmarks are reached on foot. From the airport, we recommend the Leonardo Express train to Termini and then the metro, or a private transfer on request.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The apartment is delivered clean and sanitized at every arrival.

Access: the home is on the ground floor, but a few steps must be climbed to enter the residential complex.

Luggage storage available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24 (9:00–17:30).

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
