Not as expected

The apartment was not as expected. The pull out couch was broken. the bathroom toilet was leaking. the gas stove was broken . We contacted owner and they either never responded or asked us for a video of issue. In the mean time the gas from the stove was on and we could not shut off. Owners never responded so a neighbor had to help us shut off the gas and said that this was an issue and need to be addressed. Overall it was a horrible experience

Beautiful apartment near everything!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome in this newly renovated apartment! Everything was perfect. Walking distance to the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, and all the major Roman sightseeing. Walking distance to the Metro. The apartment was clean and the managing company was professional, accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend the apartment!

Buena ubicación. Mal estado de la propiedad.

La ubicación es muy buena. La zona cuenta con restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, etc. La casa está en malas condiciones. No tiene equipamiento de cocina adecuado y los electrodomesticos viejos. Sucio y en mal estado los muebles. La electricidad no funciona correctamente.

Fijn appartement, uitstekende locatie

We verbleven er een paar dagen met onze 3 kinderen. Uitstekende ligging, fijn appartement, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Slaapbank lag niet heel lekker, maar de andere bedden bevielen erg goed. Het appartement had schoner gekund wat mij betreft.
