The Presidential suite (Puccini) was beautiful, however, it would have been nicer if the jets on hot tub didn’t squirt grit out and if the tea and coffee facilities were better, and got replenished. The breakfast dining was excellent. We also ate in restaurant which was great but no mushrooms so all you can hear is traffic.

The hotel staff from check-in to check-out was welcoming, efficient and personalised. The complimentary iced water (near reception desk), wifi, shuttle service was superb and chauffeurs were extremely helpful. The breakfast including omelettes made to order and specialty coffees was exemplary for quality and choice and the staff very friendly with nothing too much trouble. Housekeeping services were excellent too.

Felt very 3 star

3 star for the price of 5! The hotel room we upgraded to was a nice size but the bathroom was tiny and very dated. The shower was so small we couldn't get underneath the mixed and water leaked all over the bathroom. They charged 7 euros for a small bag of Crisps from mini bar and also told us that the price of our daily city tax was 7 euros each because the hotel was 5 star... Then when came to paying and recieving our change they didn't have any change and we were expected to just accept that!! I said that we are paying for a so called 5 star hotel with 5 star service but they don't even have sufficient change to give me?? The hotel is a 5 star joke.

mukava sijainti ja melko rauhallinen alue. Vähän sivussa, mutta hyvät kulkuyhteydet nähtävyyksille.

Grand Hotel war einmal ...

Pros: Die Nähe zu der Metro-Station.
Cons: Renovierung ... und Kundenservice.
Leider war es ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt in diesem "Grand" Hotel. Das Zimmer war extrem laut, da es zur Strasse lag und das Fenster nicht dicht war. Ein Zimmerwechsel brachte eine weitere Verschlechterung, da im Innenhof die Außenventilatoren der Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht mit hoher Lautstärke liefen. Service an der Rezeption war nicht sehr kundenfreundlich, da Versprechungen nicht eingehalten wurden und man sehr unwillig war auf unsere Beschwerden zu reagieren. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer läßt sich nicht ausschalten (im Oktober !!!), so dass es immer eiskalt im Zimmer ist. Auch auf allen Fluren lief die Klimaanlage mit voller Stärke ... Das Frühstücks-Buffet verdient diesen Namen nicht, die Auswahl war sehr spärlich und oft wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Selbst Teller und Besteck waren nicht immer vorhanden.
