The amount of things broken in the apartment is insane. 1. Hot tub DOES NOT work 2: one of the beds was broken in half, they tried to fix it by tying a plastic bag around it 3: bathroom window does not close. If you are taking a shower anyone can come in and open them 4: we were minutes late from the ridicules small window where you can check in,THEY WILL GIVE YOU PENALTY FEE. 5: they sent someone to fix the bed WITHOUT any warning. Someone came knocking at 7am waking us up. 6: communication is bad
