Room was very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous, they all smile and seem genuinely happy to be there. Concierges are also very welcoming and happy to assist, Edwin was very good after a long day of travelling. Room was quiet and well placed with little disturbance and overall a very good hotel with a great position relative to all of the sites of Rome.

Loved this hotel from the time we walked in to the time we left. Really wish we would've stayed here again when we returned to Rome for the end part of our trip. It was easy to find, centrally located and a short walk to a bus/tram stop. The check-in was a breeze and they informed us of all of the activities in the vicinity and offered to get transportation for us. They helped us with our bags during check-in and at check-out which was greatly appreciated. We went to the breakfast one morning and while not the largest assortment, it was enough but kind of pricey. Our room, while not the biggest, was enough space and felt clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Two minor things were: the shower is an open concept so it can be easy to flood the bathroom with water and we would have liked if there were some tea packets in the room.

This was our third time at H10 and was just as great this time as the previous ones. The room is nice and had a great view. The staff are all very welcoming and kind. The rooftop bar continues to be amazing and providing great drinks and amazing views of Rome. Being able to walk to some many of the sights is an added bonus.
