The space
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A 1000 square feet penthouse with a terrace, located on the top floor a quiet building, furnished with style and provided with all essential comforts for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The house is equipped with air-condition. The home was recently remodeled. In unit wash machine, modern kitchen with dish washer and alarm system. This is the highest building in the neighborhood so it has a breathtaking view of Rome.
Guest access
Street Parking is available for free. Paid parking is also offered by this listing for 20 euro per night. It is 5 minutes walking from the apartment and it can be arranged if requested. Also, the home is 1 minute walking to the subway Gardenie (line C). This connects to line A. So it will take 20 minutes to travel to the historic center by subway.
Other things to note
Guests have the whole house at their use including the small terrace.

For air conditioning or heating there will be one extra charge of 100 euro per week . This is not an optional fee. Also there is a charge of 30 euro per each adult for sheets and towels also not optional.
