This place is fantastic. Charming. Immaculately clean and incredibly close to the Roma Termini station. Great and safe location. Excellent access to stores and shops and food. The staff was incredibly accommodating and we have no hesitation in recommending it. Would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is convenient, and if you're ok with walking to the monuments it's safe. Don't recommend walking East from the hotel after dark though. Staff was excellent, very helpful!

The woman at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was pretty basic but clean. We were so busy to see the sites it didn’t matter to us. The location is great and a very short walk across the street to the train station and subways.

The Hotel Ciao has the friendliest and most helpful staff ever! The location is amazing - right across from Termini Station and near many shops, pharmacy, supermarket and food places. I traveled alone and felt very safe. It is perfect if you need an place that makes It easy to get to and from other places via train or metro. They stored my luggage for me overnight when I left and returned. I will use this hotel in future trips to Rome.

Staff very good with suggestions and help with luggage - good coffee machine Ruby at front desk was very helpful and spoke good English. She ran out for batteries for the hotel scale so I could weigh luggage. Thanks again Ruby Good location with Termini station across the street. I would stay again. Bed was softer than I like but was ok for a few nights. Shower pressure was excellent

It was difficult to find, no sign outside & only a tiny sign at the door entrance which is also an entrance to apartments. The elevator is tiny which made hauling the luggage a bit difficult. But the room itself was fine & very clean.
