Staff was nice and friendly and location was good. Room and facilities were lacking. Not long after getting to our room - someone walked into our room w/o knocking. Shower had mold and the room was extremely basic.

The manager of the establishment welcomed us right away by helping us with our luggages up the stairs and into the elevator. Also, Aurora, two of the night auditors and the two ladies who gave us water, were very accommodating, helpful and very welcoming! The only one who wasn’t as helpful is Mark, the newest member of the staff. We requested for a shuttle service to the airport, and he stated that we were too late. Although, no one told us that we had to give them a forewarning, in which we actually did. We requested for it the night before we checked out. Especially since their website stated specifically that we would have a free shuttle service to the airport. That is the only discouraging factor of this establishment.

Upon arrival we only had one bed instead of two as we booked. Was told we would be moved the following day as they were fully booked. Next day came and no moving was done. Asked for an extra pillow and was told they had none. The front desk played music loud throughout night. We were in the room nearest to front desk and could hear the music/phone ringing. We checked out early as we could not sleep. We did inform hotel but never heard back from them. Book a different hotel if you want sleep

Awesome staff

The staff at Hotel Domus were super nice and super helpful. The hotel is located at a great central location, pretty close to most of the sites a tourist would want to visit. It's in an old building which houses a few hotels and was a little confusing at first.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was decent, but the shower was too tight and the bathroom only had one handlebar. We were not able to dry our towels properly. We rarely had decent sleep due to excessive noise from a Karaoke bar downstairs. The bar was very loud/noisy EVERY NIGHT including weekdays. Lastly, the Wifi in the room was horrible. We could barely connect our phones and tablets. Our devices kept connecting and disconnecting due to extremely poor signal. TV couldn’t successfully connect as well which was very disappointing.

Great stay here! The cleaning was fantastic, I felt very safe. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything needed. One small note would be, if you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs because the walls are thin and the noise on the floorboards above is a bit loud. No fault of the hotel; it’s just an old building. I would definitely stay again, and bring earplugs next time.

Loved this place! I was able to check in early, the staff is super friendly and the place was very clean. My husband and I stayed 2 nights here and will definitely recommend this place to everyone. We loved our room, the bed was comfortable and decor is nice, we also had ac that worked. Our room had a balcony and it was super cute to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The location is perfect, walking distance to multiple restaurants, historical sights, and shopping. We want to come back one day and will be staying here again!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The first room I was given had a terrible AC smell, and when I asked to be moved, the front desk staff seemed annoyed rather than accommodating. While I was out, my belongings were removed without notice and left unattended behind a divider in the lobby, which felt careless and unprofessional. I was then sent to another room with the wrong key, only to discover the AC there was broken and leaking, before being placed back in the previous room. The repeated room issues and, most importantly, the mishandling of my belongings made this stay far below expectations.

This hotel is close to everything. 13 min to the trevi fountain, around 10 min from the train station. A lot restaurants arounds. Everything is walking distance.
