We had a comfortable stay at Hotel Gregoriana. The staff were very helpful in answering our questions, especially with the train strike that was happening during our stay. They also stored our luggage before our check in and after our check out so that we can do some extra exploring without the hassle of our bags. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. It’s about 7 minutes from the metro station, but we made the mistake of getting out of the station on the other side and ended up hiking up extra stairs, so be aware of that. Overall, we had a great experience with Hotel Gregoriana and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome

Excellent location

Hotel is in a great location and quiet. The only issue we had was that heat was belting out as well as the air conditioning but we loved our suite and terrace.

Incredible location on quiet street near Spanish steps. Lovely jazz bar across the street and many great places to eat nearby. Front desk staff was friendly but not very helpful with recommendations, etc.

Property was very near all the attractions, which was excellent, as we walked to Trevi, Spanish steps, Colosseum, and many more attractions. Shower stall leaked, but a minor fix. I wish the air conditioning worked better, as it was 40 Celsius when we were there, and the temperature in the room was a little warm. Overall, a good experience and probably would stay there again.

Nice staff, but could use cleaning and repairs!

We arrived prior to check-in and our luggage was stored while we explored the city. The manager (I think) provided us with a map and drew directions and the best routes for going the places we wanted. He was very helpful! By the time we got back to the hotel our luggage was already in our room. As nice as the staff was, the carpet was full of stains, there was mildew in the shower, and the bathroom paint was peeling. So… I’m not sure I’d stay there again.

We booked this property last minute after our other hotel canceled our reservation 2 days before check-in for no reason. Turned out to be lucky for us since this was the nicest hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was great. There was also a nice continental breakfast to start the day. We liked it so much that we decided to cancel our other hotel and stay here instead for our last night in Italy. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Gregoriana. The staff was very helpful, our room was quiet and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good, and the lobby was beautiful. A few minutes walk to the piazza, lots of restaurants close by. The walk to Bologna Centrale is about 20 minutes and a very direct route. We would definitely stay here again!
