Excellent location! Staff nice. Breakfast very good. BUT if you book a “Family Room” please be aware that at least that the one in the corner feels like you are in a basement. Wifi spotty, the room smelled and the floor was dirty. Clearly it had not been vacuumed in a while. Very disappointed since the price per night was around €300 The staff cleaned it the next morning as requested. Also, my room was not pictured in the website.I know why. Also, even though I knew I would not be having a view, when I opened the window to let the smell clear, had to shut it again since there was the smell of kitchen restaurant and we were located where all the pipes are in the building. Very disappointed. The next day, we could open the window at least. Bathroom clean and beds clean. I would recommend only if you book a regular room. Would I come back. Yes, because the location is excellent and the staff were very nice and listened to our requests.

Meh, the location was great, but the service was just average. Something went missing, and I did not blame the staff, but when I left a note to look in the laundry, no one reached out. There were no real amenities. From the photos on Expedia I thought it was a lot nicer than it was.

I liked the location; it's in the heart of the city. After stepping out of the hotel, stores and restaurants were literally right next door and the hotel was on the same street as the shopping area, walking distance. I just didn't like how the bathroom had very limited space for toiletries and the shower had no shelving whatsoever. I had to place soap on the shower floor. Also, while I was there, there were issues with their air control and thermostat. One could not control the inside temperature. It made me have to open the window to cool the room.
