We had paid for this apartment for 4 people, but we were surprised to find only one queen bed and a single sofa bed. In reality, it’s only suitable for 3 guests. However, I had clearly booked and paid for 4 people. I contacted you via WhatsApp and was told that an extra bed would be sent, but that never happened during our entire stay.
