Great 2 bedroom apartment with spacious separate bedrooms at either end of the unit. Bathrooms were larger than others we have stayed at in central Rome. Location was good with shops, restaurants and tourist attractions within short walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment was ideal for our family of five. The check in process was very easy and we had excellent communication throughout our stay. One strange thing about the apartment was you needed a key to exit a gated area to leave the apartment. Also, the key had to remain in the apartment to keep the AC on. So if only a few of us wanted to go out, one of us would have to walk them downstairs to let them out and then do the same when they returned. Certainly not a dealbreaker, and we were mostly together so it wasn't a big problem, but I think it's something to know ahead of time. Otherwise the apartment itself is wonderful and was a great location for us.

This place was perfect for my family. Plenty of space for four of us, air conditioner and there is an elevator! Place was clean when we entered and didn't have any issues. Daniele was very responsive to answer any questions I had. Location was great! Walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. There is no shortage of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was nice to live like a local for a few days!

Modern comfort in the heart of Roma

Incredible location

We were met by the owner upon our arrival and he showed and explained to us everything we needed. There is an elevator if needed, which we used after a long day of sight seeing. The apartment was meticulous. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure. We used the washing machine and line dried our clothes. But the most important aspect of the apartment is the perfect location! It is an easy walk to the Colosseum, the Forum, the Pantheon, the Trevor Fountain, and many many restaurants. We had an excellent stay.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location

We had a wonderful visit staying in this apartment during Christmas-time in Rome, 2024. The apartment is spacious and clean, in a wonderful old building; and the location is amazing---just a few blocks from the Pantheon and/or the Piazza Navonna. There are a ton of great restaurants and shops within a very short walk, and communications with the hosts before and during the visit were very clear and easy. They also offered great suggestions for ways to make the most of our time in Rome. We would love to spend more time in this apartment on our next trip to Rome!

Fantastic Apartment for Family trip to rome

It was a seamless check in! Location was walkable to many of the most desired tourist stops. Shopping and restaurants nearby. The booking team was flexible with me when I misunderstood part of the booking process. We hope to make it back to Rome and stay here again!

Our 3 night stay was amazing. Valerio was very accommodating with our travel schedules and made our stay very memorable. There was a Carrefour very closeby to get groceries as well. Was very close to all of the historical sites in Rome, looking forward to a second trip to Rome.

Great base to come back and rest after walking all over Roma! We always ate at restaurants. Recommend Osterio del Sustegno for dinner (opens 7:30pm). Family owned restaurant — amazing food!

Ideal Apartment is Better Than Ideal!

This property exceeded our expectations in many ways. We have been to Rome many times and this apartment was better than any hotel or apartment we've rented in the past. The location is perfect with easy walking access to many of Rome's landmarks, attractions, and restaurants. The host and property managers were very communicative before, during, and after our stay, and answered any questions we had quickly. We were a party of four adults, but this would truly be a great option for a family of parents with children. I highly recommend this property for your next trip to Rome!
