Everything was great except for the pillows ! they were so flat it felt like there was nothing under your head! Also, whenever we asked for extra services to be brought to our room, they either forgot or took forever. Overall, though, it was good and worth the price.

My wife and i stayed 6 days. Our major complaint is during breakfast. I ordered a coffee, another couple sat down 5 minutes after us, ordered coffee and got it before i did. I ordered again and after another 15 minutes(finished eating) i still never got it. The next day i brought it to the attention of the greeter, but sadly the same thing almost happened. I ordered coffee, couple next to us sat down after us, ordered coffee and got it before i did. At that point it felt deliberate. The hotel itself is nice but due to that experience, i will most likely look at other options if we comr back to Rome.

Very nice, luxurious property, upscale amenities, and decor, but we can minor issues regarding some of the rooms hardware working properly like a loose bathrobe hook in the bathroom and when we received our room, the bathroom was also not completely clean. Otherwise, the property is great. The bar is nice. The restaurant is very good especially the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and very courteous overall it’s a good option to stay in the area.
