Apartment is in a great location and surprisingly quiet. Initially a little cold but thankfully heating worked well. V spacious but only two cups and two glasses!

Apartment convenient for seeing Rome

Rooms and kitchen dirty when we arrived but cleaned within 2 hours. Duvet and blankets stained and wouldn't use. Kettle had broken lid and completely stopped working after 4 days but was replaced. Kitchen utensils dirty and no sharp knife for cooking, lack of crockery. No service to apartment or change of sheets or towels during 7 day stay

When I booked online I specifically booked a room with a bath as it stated on the website but yet when I got there the apartment I got didn't have a bath! Other then that it was a lovely place in a great location!

Great suite in the heart of Rome

I couldn't choose a better place for my son and his 3 friends to spend their last two days in Rome. They were extremely happy. Thank you!

Good location, ok rooms but NO customer service

Despite emailing both addresses provided regarding arrival I received no correspondence from LHP. I assumed there would be reception or staff on site to welcome us but there is no one. We had to call them direct (initially he laughed) and said someone would be there in 15 mins. About half an hour later a less than polite guy arrived with two loo rolls on a moped. He finally let us in and rather grumpily in bad English showed us round. He was unhelpful and just demanded he photographed our passports. He even claimed no shops were open to get milk (there is actually a mini mart about 100 metres away open til midnight) It's a shame as the location is good - and for friends staying together handy as is two bathrooms and small kitchen. Has hairdryer and air con which is good but small things like no tissues in holders and the toilets were only superficially clean which spoilt it. We were really disappointed as it ruined our first night in Rome. The last thing you want when you get off a flight is to stand waiting in 30 degrees with your cases while your other friends wait for you. SORT OUT YOUR COMMUNICATION LHP
