Staff llack of priorities

Looking a a video was more important than answering simple questions. This was the appitomy of poor service. The staff is miserable to say the least. If they are unhappy then the should not be in the hospitality buisness. Really bad staffing. Otherwise room was allright and location to train was a plus

Budget friendly, clean and quiet.

Extremely quiet (difficult to find in Rome), clean and spacious room. Well located and the 24 hour reception helped us feel very safe as we were a mum and daughter travelling together. We were helped with a number of queries about our sightseeing and staff were very friendly. There is an internet point and a great selection of places to eat, both within 5 minutes walk. It is ten minutes walk from termini, two minutes from a metro and there is a bus stop directly opposite the entrance. We would stay again.

Det er lidt svært at finde da det er en gammel herskabslejlighed i stører egendom. ligger 5-7 minutter fra Termini, portieren har ikke mange ord til dig og internet er ude på gangen. Morgenmad spises på en Cafe/bar rund om hjørnet. Ellers ren og OK.

Mixed feelings

Positive aspects of this B&B are: the rooms are pretty recently renovated, large and nicely appointed; the location is a walking distance from Termini station; the price is pretty reasonable in Rome. Negatice aspects include: The service is not particularly friendly or welcoming, part of it is due to the fact that the place is maintained by an Asian couple living in the same premises and they don't speak much English; Breakfast is not on site and is very limited (coffee, juice and one croissant); the rooms lack a fridge and a hairdryer; Termini neighbourhood is not that nice in general. All in all ok stay and we did enjoy are time in Rome. Next time would still probably find another alternative.
