Vaatimaton mutta toimiva

Huone oli hyvin pieni ja seinät pahvia, mutta meillä oli hiljaiset naapurit joten meluhaittaa ei ollut. Pinnat vanhoja/aikansa eläneitä mutta ihan siistejä. Lähimmälle metrolle reilu kilometri, mikä oli hieman liikaa. Ystävällinen palvelu. Liian isot tyynyt.

Prima Hotel , Waar voor je geld

Na 15 minuten wandeling van treinstation Termini vind je ineens een heel lief klassiek uitziend familie hotel met een alleraardigste receptiemedewerker die je via de lift naar je kamer brengt welke veruit de grootste 4 persoons familie-kamer was die we ooit hebben gehad (Disney,3xTurkeye en nog wat andere hotels) , simpel mar wel gewoon met airco , TV , WIFI , 2 kasten, bureau, en een ruime ZEER NETTE en MOOIE badkamer met echt prima douche, alles volgens mij net nieuw ( hotel beleefd een upgrade maar van deze werkzaamheden hebben wij totaal niets gemerkt daar het vooral stoffering en schilderwerk betreft) Ontbijt is in een sfeervolle werfkelderzaal met alle gebruikelijke dingen voor een normaal ontbijt , 2 soorten jus , koffie, thee , cake, 2 taarten , kaas , ham , roomkaas , allerlei yogorts , en nog veel meer , enige minpuntje--> er zou wat variatie in mogen zitten maar de op verzoek verse klaargemaakte capuchino maakt een hoop goed de faciliteiten krijgen van mij een erg goed om dat er b.v. ook gewoon een computer staat om kaartjes voor het coloseum te regelen staat (zonder kosten extra) en je gewoon krijgt waarvoor je betaald En de verhalen van ongure beurt , Er is wat veel grafitie maar dat zie je door heel rome en het is inderdaad een studenten buurt wat echter ook de nodige levendigheid brengt zonder dat het vervelend is , we sliepen aan de voorkant , met raam dicht absolute rust 1 waarschuwing , blijf weg bij bar direct naast ingang , daar betaal je onder mom van je mag een (mini)bordje antipasta opscheppen opeens 9 euro moet afrekenen voor je Biertje kan je beter tot volgende hoek lopen waar 2 wijn en 2 cola 10 euro kosten als je nog verder zoekt vind je allemaal leuke tentjes die een stuk goedkoper zijn dan in centre Rome maar 1 wil ik nog vermelden , hotel uit, links af , hoek om en dan 20 meter vind je i Fratelli , de lekkerste tiramisu ooit , kijk maar op google recensie 4,7 uit 5 en dat is niet voor niets

Laurentia- Ateneo Garden Palace

Hotel was closed during xmas so I was moving to Ateneo garden Palace ****, both hotels are very good and great location.

Bon hôtel

Bien placé car il n'est pas loin de la gare. Il est situé dans une rue avec plusieurs restaurants et des gelateria. Il y a également quelques petits commerces.

Oikein hyvä hotelli

Hotellista löytyi kaikki, mitä varausta tehtäessä oli luvattukin - toimiva safety box, ilmainen aamiainen jne. Aamiaisella oli tarjolla vain vaaleaa leipää, leivonnaisia ja sokerimuroja, mutta kyllähän niistäkin masun sai täyteen. Lähistöltä löytyi edullinen ruokakauppa ja ravintoloita, jotka olivat parempia kuin turistikohteiden läheisyydessä olevat ravintolat. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja asiantuntevaa. Huoneen avain avaimenperineen painoi varmaan puoli kiloa, mutta sen sai halutessaan jättää päiväksi respaan säilöön. Hotelli sijaitsi hieman syrjässä julkisen liikenteen reittien varrelta, mutta onneksi Terminille oli vain vartin kävelymatka ja sieltä pääsikin sitten mihin tahansa metrolla/ bussilla. Jääkaapin virta laitettiin päälle erikoisesti valokatkaisijasta eli sen kanssa sai olla aika tarkkana, ettei vahingossa huoneesta poistuessaan sammuttanut valojen lisäksi jääkaappia. Kaiken kaikkiaan tykkäsimme ja voisin hyvin kuvitella yöpyväni Hotel Laurentiassa toistekin.

Average comfort, good location, helpful service

Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was a bit boring and sweet: muesli, cornflakes, jam, cakes, croissants, etc. No fruits, no salad. Free WiFi in the hotel. The room was clean, especially the shower. The room's arrangement was a bit uncomfortable (hard to walk from one side of the bed to the other). TV and fridge in the room. Fridge was not cold enough but kept essentials cool (e.g. medicine).

Voisin yöpyä toistekin

Huoneen jääkaappi oli rikki, se vain kuumeni. Olisi ollut mukava säilyttää omia juomia ja ruokia huoneessa, viivyimmme kuitenkin viisi päivää kaupungissa. Aamiainen oli pelkkää sokerihöttöä. Suklaacroissantteja, kakkuja, pullia, hilloja, supermakeita jugurtteja. Pari vitivalkoista sämpylää ja juustoa ja makkaraa. Jopa tuoremehu oli makeutettua. Mikäli on tottunut sokerinsyöjä, sillä varmaan pärjää pitkälle päivään, mutta itse en kyennyt aamuvarhaisella vetämään suklaapullaa espresson kera. Hotellin vieressä oli ravintoloita ja pizzapaikkoja, kebabkoju ja tori, josta pystyi ostamaan hedelmiä. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi, ja meidän huoneemme oli pihan puolella, mikä oli hyvä, kadun (melko hiljaisen toki) melu ei kuulunut. Naapurihuoneen yskivä täti kyllä kuului. Suihku, wc siistit, isot pyyhkeet jne. Kaiken kaikkiaan ainoa varsinainen miinus oli se jääkaapin toimimattomuus. (Ilmoitimme tietenkin portieerille, joka kehoitti siivoojaa laittamaan töpselin seinään. Olimme koettaneet sitä (!) tietenkin jo aiemmin, mutta emme sitten jaksaneet ruveta vänkäämään. Toivottavasti korjaavat sen kuitenkin joskus.) Henkilökunta ystävällistä, muita vieraita tuskin näki. Internetyhteys toimi hyvin ja kone oli vapaana joka kerta kun tarvitsimme sitä. Hinta-laatu suhde hotellissa oikein hyvä. Voisin käyttää samaa hotellia toistekin. Ehkä käytänkin!

Hotelli yllätti iloisesti

Hotellille käveli päärautatieasemalta noin 20 minuutissa. Hotelli sijaitsee liikenteeltä rauhallisella alueella toriaukion reunassa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Vastaanotto oli auki ympäri vuorokauden. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja hotelli kaikin puolin siisti ja hiljainen. Meille sattui mukavasti huone parvekkeella kirkkonäkymin. Turvalokero löytyi huoneesta ja kuului huoneen hintaan. Ympäristöstä löytyi kohtuuhintaisia pizzerioita ja paljon baareja.
