The property location wasn’t too bad. Close to public transportation and blocks from the beach. The property itself was very out dated. A lot of items are in need of repair. The bedroom door doesn’t close, so there is no privacy. There are very few restaurants with in walking distance. The ones that are of the same type food. Communication was there very good between owner and us. Even though it was not a bad stay. I probably would not recommend this place to anyone.

The best feature of this property is it's location: only a five-minute walk to the train station, where trains to Rome run every 20 minutes, and it's only a 7 minutes walk to the ocean front. Shops, a Carrefour, and a variety of restaurants are even closer. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Improvements: The wifi needs to be upgraded; a short list of instructions would be useful (ie. Washer operation, location of wifi password); a photo of the front gate showing the location of the key lock box; a local phone number to contact the owner, or his agent.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Extra blankets and towels, pots, pans, plates and even a pasta strainer. Close to shops and minutes to the beach. I had a problem accessing the wi-fi and Roberto quickly responded and walked me through it. Top notch stay. Highly recommend!!!
