Quirky apartment with good host in a great location

Apt is clean and well located. Really only one bedroom with two queen beds and another queen bed in the front room allowing for minimal privacy. Nice host.

Disaster near navona swuare

Unit not at as described. Everything was old and dirty walls, floors,furniture. Sheets were clean Half way thru the first night water was coming down from ceiling in our bathroom. Could not use toilet as water was dropping on our head. Mold on kitchen tiles. The shower was 4 steps up in bathroom with plastic non slip plastic on steps—mold on plastic —bad unit. We left in the morning. Went to hotel nearby

Great location, nothing fancy, just enough to crash at night after a long day in Rome. Only issue is the shower, leaks a ton and had to be drying/moping the floor after each use. Otherwise good place to stay.

Great location!

The location is perfect. The apartment is on a quiet side street and about a 15 minute walk from St. Peter’s, 10-15 minutes to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, near grocery stores and restaurants, and near major bus lines. The apartment itself fit our needs, but it was tight for our family size (2 adults, 3 teens). The whole thing is three rooms. The front door opens into the main room, which just has a bed and an armoire - no couch, chair, etc. The back room is a large bedroom with two beds, a dresser, and closet. The kitchen is tiny: a small table, a rack with pots and pans, two small gas burners, sink, and a mini-fridge. We ate breakfast and dinner at the apartment most nights and we made it work, but it was tight. The bathroom has a shower (you have to climb five steps to get up to the stall), a toilet, sink, and bidet. There’s also a small washing machine in the bathroom that we used a lot. (No dryer, but there’s a drying rack.) There’s also an air conditioner in the back bedroom, which was pretty powerful - strong enough to cool the whole unit.

Great place with two kids in tow

Had a lovely time. Property is in the perfect location to walk to many of the main sites. Our furthest walk was to the Colosseum and that took about 20 minutes. The Vatican was about a 12 minute walk. Property has three large beds (one bed in living room and two beds in primary bedroom). Does have some stairs, to include seven steps up to get into the shower, so elderly guest be advised. I would 100% stay here again.

Comfortable and perfectly placed

We loved the location of this property and the amenities it included. We had everything we needed for our family of 5. The process to check in was simple, and we were withing walking distance to just about all the things we wanted ot see and do in the city. I'd highly recommend this property. The only advice I'd give future customers is to use earplugs at night. The floors are thin, so we could hear the loud foot steps and thuds from dropped items by the people above us. There is also an external stairway that can be very noisy during earyl morning and late night hours. Ear plugs would help. Otherwise, we truly loved everything about the property.

Good location

Apartment was clean and good communication with the owner. He allowed us to check in an hour early and store our luggage in the stairwell of the apartment while we toured. It is listed as a 2 bedroom but is actually a one bedroom with 2 beds and a bed in the room when yiu walk in the door so that leaves no sitting room and the guests in the bedroom have to pass by the other bed to use the bathroom. Can be loud at night when guests come in late.

Great location near the best food in Rome.

Apartment was great for sleep and showers. No living room to sit, but dining chairs were available. They had great toiletries to share. The hosts were great.

Not Really a 2 Bedroom!

The apartment could really use a thorough cleaning and a new coat of paint on the moldy/peeling bathroom ceiling. We only slept there, so it was tolerable. I’m not sure if I could have cooked there if I had wanted to, which I didn’t. Also, it is a 1 bedroom apartment with a bed put in where I would guess should be the living area, so there is no place to sit and relax and you have to walk past the second bed to get to the bathroom at night. It was just my husband, myself and our daughter, so it was fine. The wizardry of the photos in the ad really don’t depict the place in an accurate light.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of Rome

Property was in convenient location - most sites and shops are walkable from here. Beds not the most comfortable and we had a noisy neighbor the first night, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay. The check in/out process was very easy the host was responsive.

Central apartment in Rome

The apartment was great for our stay in Rome; it is a 1 bedroom with sofa-bed, not huge yet spacious enough for us, rooms are big, and the kitchen is small but well stocked. Very central to everything, we walked to most sights and only took the bus at the end of the day when our feet were tired. Great host, great location, spacious apartment.

Spacious, convenient apartment

This was a lovely and spacious apartment very conveniently located near the Ponte San Angelo, with easy access to the Vatican. Pretty peaceful considering it is located so centrally. Wonderful restaurants on the surrounding streets (Giulio Passame l'Olio and da Tonino are both fantastic). Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend!
