WIFI was intermittent which caused issues getting in the building, the hot water didn’t work most of the time we were there so lots of cold showers and the temperature of the room was easily 25 degrees and as AC is not an option in the spring it was hot, you can open the window but it’s on the main road which is noisy

Nice property. Safe and secure. Shared Washer/Dryer was fine. Location was great. Clean neat and tidy.The only item was the checking. My flight was delayed and they would not meet me that night because it was too late for them, so I had to sleep on a bench in the FCO airport. So I actually paid for the first night because they would not open the door that night.
