When we first arrived to the property we had really high hopes , the property itself is spacious and has beautiful paintings and engravings on the ceilings. The host seemed like they would be very responsive as they were very helpful prior to our arrival , but that turned out to not be the case , the apartment is advertised as having air conditioners which is does but they do not function we messaged the host of this on multiple occasions and the respond we got was oh they worked that is odd .. no offer of a solution so the apartment was very hot to sleep in especially in the hot summer in Italy . Also the beds were very very hard like sleeping on the floor . Over all the apartment was spacious and very close proximity to the Spanish steps and other monuments as well as shopping. Also be aware you will have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of steps which in Europe is normal but I am not sure if the listing states this.
