The room was fine. Very clean, everything worked well. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but not bad enough to impact my sleep. Accessing the room was easy and the building was conveniently located for my needs. My problems stem from communication and staff responsiveness. My train was originally scheduled to arrive at 19:45, well within a reasonable time. It was delayed due to a breakdown of another train on the route and i was delayed by more than an hour and a half. The staff complained that my arrival was too late for them to meet me. I did not mind letting myself in, i just needed instructions. They insisted on adding my WhatsApp to communicate, a red flag for me since the hotels.com messages were working just fine. I also told them not to enter my room to clean during my stay and i could not find a door sign to tell the cleaners not to enter. I prefer privacy. They cleaned my room each day while i was out, moving my things around, even after telling them not to. I will likely use another hotel in my next stay. If you don't have privacy concerns and will not need to communicate with the staff, this is not a bad place.
