Located in the heart of the iconic, historical and very live Trastevere Rome district.
The apartment is in a little nice and characteristic square and it’s the ideal solution for a group of friends who want to experience the authentic Trastevere atmosphere and be in a strategic position to visit Rome:
3 mins walk away from Santa Maria in Trastevere
5 mins walk away from Piazza Trilussa
12 mins walk away from Campo de Fiori
15-20 mins walk away from Piazza Navona or Pantheon

The apartment has 2 double bedroom (bed size 140 x 200 cms - as per typical district historic architecture the rooms are connected, the second one can be reached through the first), a living room with sofa bed (bed size 140 x 190 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 5 or 6 guests booking) a dining area with open kitchen and two bathrooms with shower (one bathroom is ensuite in the second bedroom).
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (in the second double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV (in the living room), oven, Nespresso, kettle.
Apartment is on the third floor of a characteristic and historical building and there is no elevator.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide an id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Sofa bed will be prepared only in case of 5 guests booking.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 100 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

This was a great value for my family of 5. The host was wonderful and helped to arrange transportation from the airport. We could walk all over the city and enjoyed the neighborhood. The only part we didn’t love was the noise at night since we are early birds with kids, but noise is to be expected in the lively Travestere area. Overall we loved it and would stay here again!

This place is perfect for six people that we had. There is tons of food and drink, places and gelato places around. It’s easy to move and get places. Communication is truly outstanding and welcoming.I definitely come here again.

It's a student area we found out which may explain the unit. There were 2 bedrooms mentioned but that was a stretch. Walls with sliding doors, not bedrooms. AC only worked in area with sofa bed. When we checked in the lady handed me a paper to sign written in Italian. I signed it not knowing what it said. I don't know what would have happened if I refused. There was a Nespresso machine and 4 pods for four people for two days. No other coffee maker or coffee. We stayed two nights. Grocery store closeby didn't have pods to make more coffee. None of us have stayed in a VRBO with so few amenities. No mention of the unit being 4 tall flights of stairs to unit. It was brutal for 4 70 year olds with extra luggage having come from a family wedding. No hot water until we figured out how to turn it on, which was not mentioned. Smoke detector started beeping for a new battery, so we took it down. Great restaurants closeby. Area was busy at night. Nice location. Wouldn't recommend for anyone but young people who can handle tall flights of stairs.

The property was as advertised. Management was extremely responsive with an issue regarding the air conditioner. No elevator. No clothes washer. Great character and space. Excellent neighborhood with many options for food. Walking distance to shopping and sites. Don't be scared of the bus/metro. They are easy to navigate after one ride.
