The apartment surrounded by greenery is characterized by a terrace for exclusive use and is equipped with all the latest housing technologies. It has active air conditioning from June to September 21, ultrafast fiber Wi-Fi and dedicated work space. Perfect apartment for a couple, digital nomads and solo travelers.
The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and bathroom.
The living area consists of a double sofa bed, 43 inch smart TV and a kitchenette furnished with a wall equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee pod machine, kettle and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe and a crib for babies on request.
