Door link did not work, no response from owner

We arrived after midnight and tried to use the link to open the building door. It didn’t work after many tries. We followed a resident into the building as it was cold outside but even after entering we didn’t know which apartment to go to as none of the communication from the owners (email, texts, messages) did not indicate the apartment number. The URL for the apartment instructions also did not load. Tried calling the owner using the phone number provided but no one picked up as it was past midnight. I left a message on VRBO’s message system as they told us. Did not receive a response even after 2 days.
