Great Central Apartment

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The apartment was even better in person than what you see in the pictures. Close to almost everything and the Property management made the stay great. Would highly recommend this apartment when in Rome. J

The photos don’t do it justice, even more beautiful in real life. Once over having to lug your luggage up two flights of stairs, this place is a gem. Lots of space for a large family. The support staff were great and supportive. Five stars

Wonderful stay and a very accommodating host

While the propriety alone was fantastic, spacious and full of amenities the flexibility and support from the owner, Maria, stood out even more. After arriving to Rome and finding our hotel reservation had been canceled we booked this property. Maria promptly reached out to us to let us know when check-in was. We informed her that we had to get out of a hotel room early in the morning and asked if anyway we could check in earlier. She worked with us for a considerably earlier arrival and had someone, Simone, meet us at the apartment for a walk through. Simone was friendly and walked us through everything. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and helped us to forget the terrible experience of finding out we did not have a hotel. We are keeping Maria in our contact list as we would definitely look to stay at her property again.

Beautiful space

We loved the decor, very comfortable beds and comfort (No street noise!) at night. The stairs both from the street and all the way up to the apartment were a challenge, but we did it! The location is near the coliseum and a number of more eclectic locations/food choices. In all, a great stay at a very beautiful apartment.

Fantastic Stay, Excellent Neighborhood

The pictures of the apartment were spot-on. It was apparent that a thoughtful designer planned the space. Maria took care of us and checked in during our stay. The artsy Monti neighborhood was just our speed. Bordering the city's main attractions, we had unique shopping and restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk.

Excellent apartment - spacious - well appointed

Loved our stay! The location of the apartment was perfect. Maria was especially responsive and helpful with transportation. Having a washer/dryer was really nice. Our only issue was towels. They only provide one per person along with a hand towel. This seems to be common practice with rentals in Rome.

Wonderful, comfortable property

The best thing about this property is the comfort and management of the apartment. It has all the things a family could need, was clean, and the management was very helpful during check-in and the stay. The management arranged taxis for us and oriented us well to the area. They were always available to answer questions from Americans trying to figure out how Italians do things. A few minor things to be aware of, none of which take away from our rating: - It is on the third floor (for Americans), so be ready to haul luggage up a few flights. - The immediate neighborhood itself wasn't great, but the property is close to the Metro and many restaurants and gelato shops. Our favorite pizza place was a five minute walk and the best gelato shop we found was 100 yards down some steps and across the street. A very good supermarket (for Rome) is about an 8 minute walk away. Overall, this was a great spot and highly recommended.

Ultra luxe property near Colosseum, Termini train station

We were here with kids, and the place is absolutely stunning. Modern amenities (new washer/dryer, TVs with streaming, etc.), great location, and the hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

Incredible home, Best experience!

The property was brilliantly laid out. 3 bedrooms all had their own bathrooms that were physically located between the rooms for great sound proofing! The common areas were huge and welcoming. Kitchen was a hair small, but all utensils, pots, and dishes were there and the dining room was perfect! The location was about 7 blocks from Termini Station. An easy walk depending on your luggage choices. Uber was available between 4 and 9 minutes wait every single time. Fares ranged from 13 to 22 Euros for anywhere we wanted to go. Also, plenty of automated scooters available for rent. Restaurants were abundant within 3-5 blocks, as were pharmacies and small grocery stores. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for every reason, the number one best thing was COMMUNICATION!!!!! We never even texted Maria! She text to let us know everything! She arranged travel to the airport. She arranged check in and out times. She gave us WhatsApp numbers for anyone that we needed to interact with! Maria was the single best property manager I have ever dealt with anywhere in the World. She definitely cares tremendously! This trip was with my in laws, and I still had enough space! I will book this place again for my wife, my 15 yo son, and my 12 yo daughter ASAP. I could not have been more impressed.
