The Space:

The apartment hosts up to 4 people. The sleeping area is set on a loft (mezzanine) with a double bed; the living room offers a sofa bed for two. The home is completed by a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. An internal staircase leads to both the loft and the terrace. The private, furnished terrace with city views is perfect for open-air breakfasts and quiet evenings. A washing machine is available for guests. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 5th floor, reachable by elevator. Inside, a staircase connects the entrance to the loft sleeping area and to the terrace: please keep this in mind if you have mobility difficulties. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

Monti is Rome's oldest and most charming district: cobbled lanes, artisan workshops, wine bars and traditional restaurants. A few minutes' walk from the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums and Via Cavour, with Piazza della Madonna dei Monti as the beating heart of local life.



Getting Around:

The nearest metro station is Cavour (line B), a few minutes' walk away, with Termini easily reachable. The area is perfect to explore on foot and well served by public transport.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests; out of respect for the neighbours, please keep quiet from 23:00 to 08:00.

Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised.

Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 to 17:30.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
