Big clean room and bathroom. Room service and clean towels every day. The staff were so kind and accommodating and even let us store our bags there on our last day while we explored Milan. Only complaint was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, but that seems to be pretty common in Italy.

Never been to a b&b so I am used to hotels so I was having trouble to navigate but everything was sent to me as I checked in past 18:00 which I was also fearful of but it all went well getting there and to our rooms ourselves. There aren’t too many pictures of what the rooms actually look like but we had a triple room which was average sized and beds and pillows comfy. Overall Staff are very helpful of any sort or issues you have and will accommodate so very good customer service (they text off of WhatsApp) I was also skeptical of sending over passports via WhatsApp but they made sure to give me alternatives to prove authenticity also. Overall good stay and central location.

Very friendly staff, helpful with prompt communication on whatsapp. I said I was going to be late and they made arrangements for me. The building has a lot of character, somewhat unusual layout, but excellently maintained and charming. Room was open-plan with WC+bidet attachment, had a great shower, TV, good AC, hairdryer, windows for ventilation, plenty of power sockets (ITA/EU). a cupboard for hanging suits/dresses. Spotelessly clean. Pillows were a bit "square" for my taste but hardly an issue. The door to room 11 needs a firm pull/push to close/lock properly. Biscuits, juices, fruit and coffee provided as mentioned on 3rd foor. Excellent location, 10-15 min walk from the central train station, about 20 mins from the Colluseum, Victor Emmanual 2nd Memorial and Roman Forum. Further out Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and (personal favorite) Basilica di Saint'Andrea della Valle, all within a 1hr walk. Buses and Metro nearby to go to the Vatican or elsewhere. There's a good Pasta restaurant, pizzeria and a few convinience shops within 5 min walk for food and drink. Overall great location, helpful staff, does everything I'd expect and well priced, I would definitely stay again, Grazie :)

This was a great place to stay within walking distance of all of the tourist sites. The staff are really friendly and having access to top Italian coffee throughout was wonderful. Definitely recommended.

No air conditioning, they explained it’s a government restrictions during some this time of the year. I believe them, but It sucks! No ceiling fan as well. We must open the windows to get fresh air…and get sick too.
