Our beautiful and comfortable apartment, perfect for admiring the beauties of Ancient Rome overlooking the sea; short walk separates it from the beaches with the sun that gives breathtaking sunsets, the historic center of Ostia with the key points of the Roman coast; crossing the green park you get to the subway which offers quick connection with the main arias of the Capital and its airports; typical market and restaurateurs of the district will not miss anything.

The house has easy access with convenient ramp according to law to access the building; double bed and the 2-seater sofa bed allow accommodation for 4 guests; open space with fully equipped kitchenette with electric oven, 4 burners, fridge and other utensils will be useful for every meal; washing machine, TV, wardrobe, sideboard; the bathroom also equipped for disabled people with shower and a balcony overlooking the inner garden sheltered from urban noise; It is equipped with heating that allows stays at any time of year. Apartment remains at the complete disposal of guests located in a building with a Concierge service that will take care of your security and external communication, cleaning of the common areas, correspondence, essential maintenance, etc ..

Ho alloggiato in questa casa la notte di capodanno. La ragazza che ci ha affittato casa è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La casa l’abbiamo trovata molto pulita, ben attrezzata con sapone per piatti, caffè ecc... L’unica nota negativa è stato il letto che scricchiola e il fatto che le pareti sono molto fini e per questo si sentivano le conversazioni delle persone delle case accanto. Per il resto abbiamo passato un’ottima serata. Consiglio vivamente questa casa.
