Great Hotel

Hotel was great. Location was near all major sites and just across the road from theTermini Station with underground, Taxis and buses. Staff we very attentive and we felt really welcomed and they were very helpful. Hotel was very clean and my room was very spacious with a very large bathroom, although it didn't have a bath but I didn't mind as we tend to shower most of the time, very rarely we take a bath. All in all very happy with our stay at the hotel.

Super hôtel au centre de Rome

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cette hôtel, le personnel est au petit soins. La terrasse qui surplombe Rome est des plus romantique le soir avec un bon verre de vin. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Rom-Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofes Termini und somit an bester Lage, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Sauberkeit, Komfort und Ausstattung sind top und auch das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ebenfalls sehr überzeugt. Wir können das Hotel nur bestens empfehlen. Wir haben einen 48-Stunden-Pass für einen Hop-on-hop-off-Bus gelöst, doch hätte ein 24-Stunden-Pass ausgereicht, da die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss oder mit der Metro (EUR 1.50 pro Fahrt) schnell erreichbar waren.

Das Hotel war sauber und die Angestellten waren sehr höfflich. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls Top. Ein absolutes Tophotel.

Noble Herberge ohne Tadel

Sehr praktische Lage, mitten im Stadtzentrum an der einzigen Kreuzung der beiden U-Bahn-Linien A und B und am Fernreise-Bahnhof. Ausstattung alles tiptop, keine Mängel, alles funktioniert. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück international und abwechslungsreich, insbesondere für Italien nicht selbstverständlich. Ist auch für €20 ein guter Deal auf diesem Niveau. Kritikpunkte: Entertainment-System ist mager, die Auswahl an deutschsprachigen TV-Kanälen ein Witz. Das müsste doch in der heutigen (Streaming und Satelliten-Ära machbar sein...). Die Hotel-Bar ist zwar da und offen aber definitiv Nepp. Hatten einen Drink für €15 (!), der weitgehend aus Eis bestand. Die Preise hier sind wirklich völlig daneben. Mini-Bar im Zimmer auch mit gesalzenen Preisen, aber noch akzeptabel im Vergleich. SPA und Fitness haben wir nicht getestet in der kurzen Zeit. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! Zu meckern findet man immer irgendetwas... -)

Dienstleistung und service 1 A !!

Schon beim empfang hatten wir eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite personal, den ersten eindruck war super, das was versprochen wird, ist nicht übertrieben, sehr tolle lage HB ca 100m, touristen rundbus haltestelle ganz in der nähe ca 50m. Comfort vom feinsten, es fehlt an nichts , sehr empfehlenswert ist den preis wert ! Sollten wir nochmal nach Rom reisen ist das unsere adresse !!

Toller Aufenthalt

Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels, die Zimmer, die Angestellten, alles war perfekt. Schade ist nur, dass der Wellnessbereich zusätzlich kostet. Dies dürfte im Preis inbegriffen sein.

Tolles Hotel an sehr guter Lage

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war sehr großzügig geschnitten, hatte eine hohe Decke und war absolut sauber und neu. Auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, gab uns die Stadtkarte mit Tipps gleich beim Check-in ab und war für Fragen jederzeit vor Ort. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, auch im Restaurant. Einzig das Frühstücksbüffet entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Auswahl war nicht groß. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Hautbahnhof und eignet sich sehr gut, um von dort aus mit Bus, Metro oder zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden.
