Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning. The hallways, the grand room, the courtyard…. Really feels like you’re staying somewhere you shouldn’t be able to. Wonderful location as well. Super close to the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Wonderful, helpful staff as well. Definitely the best spot if you want to be near all the tourist spots while still getting 5 star accommodations.

This was an amazing property in a prime location. Staff was excellent and spa was wonderful after a long day of walking. The outdoor garden is a beautiful place to retreat for breakfast or coffee each day. The staff went out of their way to help us in every way and we would definitely return here again!

I chose this hotel because of the reviews I had read on Expedia, however I was disappointed with it. The rooms are small even by European standards and not comfortable, the lights and air conditioning were so complicated to maneuver. The breakfast was average at best compared to other hotels. The staff was great and was always available to help, however the value of what you get does not justify the price.

Gorgeous, historical and thoughtful. There was an event going on when we were there, but it did not deter us from experiencing all the charm. The kind staff helped us (an elderly Asian couple) navigate the city.
