There was hair all over the bed when we first arrived. The floor/table surfaces weren’t that clean. This isn’t an actual hotel with a lobby person, they are gone after 4pm. All they did was change the sheets while we helped them do so

When we got to the hotel we had great service from the start, our rooms were extremely cleanly and well stocked. The location is very central and walking distance from many landmarks, foods and markets. We also had amazing service for the breakfast, with a variety of options. The person at the front desk “Jo” was great! He helped us get a taxi to our desired location when we were having trouble and suggested great local spots.

Loved the location. We stayed in the room with the balcony which was a great way to enjoy the piazza and to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The air conditioning kept the room bearable but was not refreshing. The beds were fine. The biggest drawback is that if you are a bigger person you will not be able to enter the shower as the entrance is narrow.

We had a very good stay here! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything we wanted to visit in Rome. Most attractions were within walking distance, which made our trip so much easier with kids. The reception team was fantastic, especially Joshua—he’s super detail-oriented and helpful. He made check-in smooth and gave great local tips. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were decent, though not particularly plush. The elevator is extremely small—typical of older buildings, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with a stroller or big luggage. The biggest downside was the bathroom—it has a curtain instead of a door, which meant very little privacy. My kids kept opening it while I was in the shower! Pro Tip: There are many cafes and restaurants just steps away, including some great spots for breakfast and aperitives. If you're picky about bed comfort or need a lot of privacy, you might want to ask about room layouts before booking.

We stayed in the Duplex Suite Prestige. The staff was really kind and welcoming. The suite was clean but unfortunately there were some concerns: -low water pressure (both upper and lower floor) -hot water takes a while to come (both floors) -bathroom door unable to close/ lock (both floors) -mattress on the lower floor is pretty old, sinks down in the middle, and you feel the springs -suite is next to the elevator, can hear people walking and moving stuff -a couple old water marks on the floor

Excellent hotel with buffet breakfast

Amazing hotel, close to everything! Breakfast buffet was great! Even had someone there to make you fresh coffee or cappuccino each morning. Our room was spacious enough for my family of 4 (2 young adult children), and amenities were excellent. Daily water bottles, fresh clean towels daily, front desk staffed all day. 2 min walk to Campo de Fiori, 15 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 30 min to the Colosseum and Vatican, 5 min to Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere! Dining options right outside the door in the piazza. Excellent area, very safe and quiet. Only thing they didnt have was laundry (even though it states so on their website). Highly recommended this hotel! We thoroughly wnjoyed our stay.
