Appartement vaste, propre et frais, confortable et bien équipé (à l'exception peut-être des ustensiles de cuisine mais nous n'étions pas venus pour cuisiner). Emplacement calme et sécurisé, à deux pas du quartier du pont Milvio et du centre (4km à pied ou en bus, ligne bien desservie). Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. À recommander.***Sehr angenehme, geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung in einem ruhigen Viertel ganz in der Nähe vom lebhaften Kiez Ponte Milvio. Richtung Centrum entweder zu Fuß oder mit Bus. Gerne wieder.

Nice clean and simple apartment right in the neighborhood we wanted to be. We stayed here to adjust to the time zone and be close to family. The furniture in the living room did feel cheap and worn, but didn’t impact our stay as we only slept and went out about Rome.

AWESOME PLACE

great place! perfect check in process we were met with Andreo who was so helpful! You pay for the listing through an online platform (not VRBO) but it was completely safe and is better for explaining the cleaning fee and rent! Highly recommend, a little far from the city center but taxis were cheap!

Wohnung ist gross

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, es gibt viel Platz, aber die Möbel sind nur minimal vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es nur wenig Kochgeschirr – es gibt zum Beispiel nur einen Topf, was das Kochen erschwert. Die Arbeitsfläche ist so klein, dass es kaum Platz gibt, um einen Salat oder andere Speisen zuzubereiten. Außerdem sind die Messer sehr stumpf, was das Schneiden zusätzlich erschwert. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass das Bügelbrett in einem Zustand ist, der es unbrauchbar macht, und der Wäscheständer ist kaputt. Ein positiver Punkt ist jedoch die Lage – die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe, und es gibt auch einen kleinen Laden nicht weit entfernt.
