THE APARTMENT
Accommodation of about 60 square meters completely renovated and furnished interior suitable for short stays, equipped with linen (only first supply) for bed and bathroom (1 Shower Towel + 1 Face Towel + 1 Guest Towel) located in a quiet and well connected road, to the third floor (without elevator) of a small condominium.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a large double bedroom, a small bedroom, two bathrooms and two balconies.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and the operating and ignition times are communicated at the beginning of the stay according to the condominium directives and external climatic conditions.

LIVING ROOM
The living room consists of a kitchenette equipped with the necessary for cooking, a large refrigerator, a small pantry, wall units, dishes, pots, coffee makers, kettles, gas hobs and oven, microwave oven and a practical dishwasher. A table with chairs and a small TV.
A sofa that can become a French bed if necessary and can comfortably accommodate two people.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning / heat pump for which there is a supplement of € 5.00 per day.
Thanks to the French door you access a large balcony with clothesline.

DOUBLE ROOM
The large room is simply furnished, consisting of a double bed with memory foam mattress, 2 bedside tables with abajour, a practical walk-in closet with safe, a small wardrobe, a small table and a large chest of drawers. Different blankets, duvet for winter nights and plaids are available.
On request it is possible to have an additional bed consisting of a cot with folding mattress and wooden slats, suitable for a child.
For infants, a camping cot is available free of charge and on advance request. Only one camping bed is available.

BEDROOM
The children's room with pink and purple hues has a single bed with a second pull-out bed equipped with a practical and functional walk-in closet, a folding table, a table lamp and a star-shaped wall lamp near the bed. Inside there are two chests where numerous games, cuddly toys, puzzles have been placed to make the stay pleasant even for children. A French door leads to a small balcony.

MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom with a large window consists of a tub, a toilet and a bidet as well as a large sink and a washing machine.

SECONDARY BATH
The bathroom has a large shower where you can find shower gel and shampoo, a small sink, a toilet and a cabinet.

Fast Wi-Fi
The apartment is equipped with free high speed wi-fi internet with optical fiber.

PARKING AREA
The property does not have a parking lot. Along the road and in the neighboring streets there are free public parking spaces subject to availability. There is a paid private garage nearby.

RULES
- Check-in from 14h00 to 20h00. Any early or late arrivals until 23h00 must be approved before booking with a supplement of € 30.00 after 23h00. Delivery of the property is not guaranteed.
- Check-out is from 7h00 to 10h00. The postponement has a supplement starting from € 20.00.
- It is mandatory to communicate in advance the estimated time of arrival to the apartment and respect it.
- Check-in and registration of documents is carried out only once upon delivery of the property, in case other guests arrive at different times or days, a supplement of € 25.00 must be paid, unless agreed in advance.
-On arrival, the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per day for a maximum of 10 days must be paid, minors under 10 years are excluded.
- It is forbidden to host unregistered people even during the day
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the property
- It is forbidden to organize parties
- Animals are not allowed
- It is mandatory to leave the kitchenette clean and tidy (as it is not part of the cleaning costs) and the rubbish must be thrown into the appropriate bins on the street.
- The apartment is inside an apartment building, avoid noises during the common hours of rest from 22 to 8 in the morning and between 13 and 16.
- All guests must show a valid identity document and the stipulation of a regular lease for tourist purposes will be required.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
