Lovely little hotel in an excellent location right by the colosseum. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well kept, and well priced. Would definitely stay here again!

The concierge was super friendly. They were willing to stow our bags for us the day we arrived when the room wasn’t quite ready (it was still ready much earlier than the quoted check in time which was lovely) but also for however long we needed the day we left after check out. He called a taxi for us to get to the train and had many suggestions of where to go and what to see. I would absolutely stay here again!

The desk staff was wonderful! Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable,kind, and patient. We felt at home. We would not have had as easy and enjoyable time in Rome without the friendliness and useful information of the desk staff. We left feeling as if we made friends. The cleaning staff was very sweet and did a perfect job as well. The whole experience of our stay was better for staying there.

The hotel staff was courteous and excellent. The room and it's amenities were clean and as advertised. We did run into some issues with the amenities working properly, but they were promptly addressed with complimentary wine and breakfast, so the staff will definitely go out of their way to take care of you. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely be back.

Great, great location, staff is friendly, just walk of the main door and the Colosseum is right there, metro station is a 15 min walk, and from there, all important Rome tourist locations are within reach.

Location is great and the staff is very nice. Room was very tight and not as big as the pictures. Bathroom had some mold and the seats covers and bed side covers were dirty or had stains. Again great staff and location, however the cleanliness was not the best here.

You can see the Coloseum after exiting the front of the hotel. Hop on hop off bus stop very close by. Classy decor, however, for North Americans the rooms are small but that's Europe. The shower was big and there was ample storage space, mini fridge and we loved the French balcony window. Beds were comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valero spoke perfect English and gave us much useful information about Rome and Italy. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a large selection of hot breakfast items and pastries, juice etc. Thanks to Mara who was always nearby if you needed anything. Excellent location. Many shops and restaurants and grocery store (Carrefour) minutes away. Enjoyed our stay.
