Nestled in Travestere, beautifully maintained Many great restaurants walking distance from the hotel. All staff we saw during our stay were friendly and very helpful, it was obvious to us how committed they are to ensure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely a gem, beautiful, common courtyard to be enjoyed and enable guests to chat and get to know each other.

I stayed one night and it was the one day there was no WiFi. My phone wasn’t working unless on WiFi so the stay was worthless. There’s no fridge except a super small fridge attached to the wall. While WiFi is a tech issue, it meant, no tv, no communication for me, and I tried to switch but Expedia could not call them because their phone lines were down. I only booked this hotel because it was near my previous hotel in trastevere but I definitely would not stay there again. Having WiFi is crucial for people to work and communicate and had I known their WiFi was down I would not have booked it.

I enjoyed the quiet restfulness of this inner hotel room Il Limone and the lovely garden with fruit trees and roses, tables for eating breakfast or just being a tranquil place to go from the August heat. At night there was no security person on site; entrance code access was shared as digital key to use with my cell phone. A convenient, good location in Trastevere neighborhood for walking to local restaurants, gelaterias and from Rome’s historical center.

We had a fantastic stay here, such a beautiful building & staff were super friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with freshly baked pastries everyday & scrambled eggs, sausages & bacon. All the major attractions were close by & public transport on the doorstep. We would love to come back here again.

The rooms are not soundproof. We could hear lots of noise from the street and we could hear everything our neighbors said (and they were up very late at night, keeping us up as well).

Cutest hotel ever! And customer service is the best! They left a handwritten note and a bottle of Prosecco for us in the room as a welcome. The room was beautiful and the most comfortable bed I slept in the whole trip. Highly recommended!
