The place is in a great area, close to major attractions, with good restaurants and cafes, but the hotel itself was one of our worst experience as we could not sleep due to a leaking toilet that made a loud noise and kept us awake all night. Issue was noted when we checked-in and entered the room. We informed the front desk. They promised to fix while we went out for dinner but did not. I booked this hotel thrusting the rating given by Orbitz but other than the good location the place was a major disappointment and a nightmarish experience. We wanted to rest before our 10 hours flight back home but could not. I will file a formal complaint with Orbitz.

Room was clean, lovely balcony, nice bathroom, amazing breakfast well worth the extra 10euros for 2 on the roof top terrace, slow elevator but there is an elevator :), accommodating staff. Trieste pizza just down the street, delicious

Hotel is very close to the Cavour metro station which is only one stop from the terminal station so very convenient. Lovely cafes on near street for cheap breakfast and dinner. There is a lift so is great for heavy luggage. Beds are comfy and staff are helpful.

Its a 5 minute walk from the Colloseum and its surrounded by stunning restaurants and bars its a perfect location and the hotel itself is perfect the air conditioning was sublime in 34 degree heat to walk into a room that was ice cold was a dream

Very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet, less touristy area but close enough to walk to main sites. Loved the balcony. Only negatives were air conditioning did not work that well. Top floor can be a little loud in morning when they are setting up for breakfast as well.

The property is very quiet and relatively close to everything, additionally the staff is very polite and friendly. It’s easy to access and they made it super convenient by allowing us to drop off our bags prior to check in. Would definitely stay again. Only problem I had was I wish the room was a bit colder. The AC has a limit and at times the room did not feel cool. Other than that excellent place to stay.
