The staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is great walking distance to a lot of places and the cleanliness of the hotel they change the towels and bedsheets everyday which is great. Loved this hotel.

It is located across from the Senate building in the middle of the iconic area next to the Navona square. There is a great restaurant at the first floor of the building. ( eggplant parmigiana is my fav ) All the shops are close by. Location is everything. Reception is very helpful and attentive. We were on the second floor in the right wing that did not have room numbers ( maybe just fresh from remodel?) and inside there were several areas with two steps up and down ( my guess covered pipes for the bathroom?) Good feature: two rooms with a door. So it gives a private space for 2-3 people. Cleanliness: for a room that cost $700 + originally the cleaning part can be more detailed in the shower floor , the shower handle was a small narrow panel that ended up in my hand ( managed to reinstall ) sliding door once closed had dust buildup on the edge. It just needs more thorough cleaning of the floor, wiping down baseboards and lower part of the walls here and there.

A quaint place to stay

The hotel is a small boutique hotel the staff does there best to please and make sure you are happy, it’s a place I would recommend for someone looking for a place in the center of the city it’s within walking distance a lot of things. This place is nothing fancy but it serves its purpose for us at least. We have a friend that’s traveling to Rome and she will be staying here .

Great location! Hotel was a bit hard to find but the locals were very helpful. It was a beautifully renovated old apartment building and our room was perfect. Bathroom was huge and no one wanted to get out of the shower. Would definitely stay again.

The Rhea Silvia Hotel was amazing, from the prime location of the Piazza Novana to the awesome well kept rooms, but particularly because of the amazing staff. They not only helped us with all the logistics of getting to the hotel, but answered all of our questions even prior to our arrival. Our stay was special because of the people in Rhea Silvia and in addition the timeless beauty of Rome didn’t hurt either. We will be back!

Piazza Navona views

Great stay. There are only a small number of rooms but the service and views are amazing. We stayed a few nights as a family and the amount of space for the location is super. Finding where it’s located (it’s hidden) is a challenge but once you do your worries are over. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with early morning checkouts and luggage storage. The piazza can be a bit noisy even with the windows insulating lots of the noise but it quiets down nicely at night. We never had trouble caching some great rest on the comfortable beds.

What a perfect introduction to Rome for our kids, staying right in mine and my husband’s favorite piazza. Our room (apartment, really) was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet for the location. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, and having an in-room espresso maker. One of my children had a cold so we had to take it easy one day, and having a smart TV where we could access our Netflix account helped - although we wouldn't normally care, it was great to entertain a sick kid. Everything is within walking distance (if you’re reasonably fit) and there is also a nearby taxi stand should you need one. The bathroom was huge and well-equipped by European standards - my girls especially liked the color changing lights in the shower. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The view overlooking Piazza Navona was awesome. It was great to have the included breakfast delivered to the room and eat it while overlooking the Piazza. The staff went above and beyond. Would certainly stay again.
