The location of this place is excellent. Walking distance to the Colosseum and everything that area has to offer. We had 3 couples, so the layout was good with 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The only odd part was no common area for hanging out except around the kitchen table. Perfect little market Carrefour across the street.

This apartment is precious and in excellent proximity to the Roman Forum and grocery store (Conad). The downfalls were the lack of towels (6 bath towels for 9 adults), as well as the dryer running with a wet comforter when we arrived (that never dried after 3 hours). We also had to hang dry all of our clothes because the dryer is useless. The apartment is on the third floor, so the lift was very helpful for the grandmas. The first night there, we discovered the toilet in the back of the hallway was broken when using the large flush button, the toilet kept running for one son, who was able to stop it, but the younger son didn't know how to stop it and it flooded the whole apartment. We tried calling the hosts for help with fixing the toilet. They basically told us to use a towel (for the entire flooded apartment) because nobody could come to the apartment to fix the issue and they did not understand how big the problem was, so we had no fresh towels, no mop, no plunger, and the next day the owner accused us of clogging the toilet with sanitary napkins (even though all were post menopausal women who don't use them) and insisted the toilet was fine, even though he identified a broken piece inside the toilet button housing. We just stopped using that toilet- thankfully there were two others. It's an old building with new parts, but the lack of towels and functioning dryer left us wanting.
