We just left Rome after an amazing 4-day stay at Proja Property, and everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. Check-in was extremely easy with clear instructions, and the staff was always very helpful and quick to respond. The location is excellent — near Piazza del Popolo and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many of Rome’s main attractions. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps were about a 20-minute walk, while Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican were around 30 minutes away. Beautiful place, great location, and excellent service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we would definitely come back!

Veldig fornøyd. Beliggenheten var nærme mye, og det var lett å hoppe på metro herfra om noe var lengre unna. Ellers var det veldig moderne og rent, noe som er viktig for meg og som jeg er glad for at var på stell. Hadde kontinuerlig dialog med hotellet gjennom oppholdet, og de var veldig hjelpsomme og greie. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og anbefaler absolutt hotellet videre

This hotel is a real gem among the many hotels in Rome. Check-in is fully online and on the day of arrival you receive the entry code and a link to open the door. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It had many useful amenities such as an espresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, glasses, cups and even two complimentary bottles of water each day. I really enjoyed staying here. The bed was extremely comfortable and almost felt like sleeping in my own bed. The location is also excellent, with Flaminio station only a 5-minute walk away and the Terrazza del Pincio around 7 minutes away on foot. If I return to Rome, I would definitely stay here again. The staff also reply very quickly on WhatsApp during office hours.
