The apartment, with security door, was renovated in 2014 by providing it with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.
Triple exposure, is on the 5th floor with elevator. You enter through a beautiful outdoor balcony on Via Tuscolana. It has a terrace with a beautiful view. In spring days you can have breakfast outside.
And 'suitable for families and also for groups of friends.
Kitchen, very new, 4-burner stove, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, with table (extendable) for 6 people. Marble bathroom with large walk-in glass shower, 2 bedrooms (wanting 4 single beds), living room with lounge bed, the wrought iron beds, are comfortable with slatted frames and orthopedic mattresses and a choice of pillows. New bedding, bathroom (shower towel, face towel and bidet towel for each guest) and kitchen. Books, CDs and DVDs WIFI Internet connection, TV. Corridor and entrance window. Washer-dryer, clothes horse and ironing board, hairdryer.
